Guidelines for authors:

1. The Research Paper must be an original contribution of the author.
2. The Research Paper must present a discovery / invention of a new - idea / view/ concept / notion/ thought /design / plan / principle or even a new style of interpretation.
3. The discussion should develop in the order from Statement of Problem to - assumption or hypotheses to - critical evaluations-to a conclusion with the findings of research.
4. Topical Review Papers, Brief Research Communications (300 words) may also be considered depending on slot availability.
5. Manuscripts should without regard to race, gender, country of origin, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation.
6. The Research Paper must have contemporary relevance, contributions to knowledge, clarity and logic in analysis, methodology and appropriateness of references.
7. If the author has quoted more than 500 words / a table / a figure from a published work, in the article, a copy of permission obtained from the respective copyright holder needs to be enclosed.
8. The copyright is transferred to the e- Journal if article is accepted for publication in JSKCGC.
9. Authors transfer the copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
10. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
11. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website), as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.
12. All the process will be made online only and no printing media will be undertaken.

Format of the Research Paper

Title : The title of research paper must be simple and logical. Name/s of Author/s and institutional affiliations only be provided with the title. Address, qualification, etc. may be provided at the end of the paper.

Key words: It should not be more than 10 words.

Abstract : It should not be more than 150 words.

Introduction : It should pertain to specific area of the study and should cover only relevant researches. It should not be a lengthy review of the subject area and details of history if any.

Methodology : This must cover Techniques, Sample and Tools/Measures etc.

Results : Relevant facts only must be provided. Data may be given preferably in the form of tables or occasionally in figure/text but do not repeat same data in more than one form. Do not include too many tables. Try to combine these wherever possible. Use Arabic numerals for the table and figure numbers.

References : Footnotes / References should be embedded in the text in a consistent style and order, as per American Psychological Association (APA) style: https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/references/examples. The research paper without references or incomplete references will not be entertained.

Font and Font size : All research papers should be prepared clearly typewritten in UNICODE FONT for Hindi and Sanskrit, Times New Roman for English, Akruti ori Kalinga/Konarka for Odia in Microsoft Word and the size of font is 14 for Devanagari and other script and 12 for Roman script. The Line space should be 1.15. File Formats in Adobe Page Maker / pdf / Corel Draw / Adobe In design etc. are not acceptable.

Length of the research paper : It must not be more than 2500 words.

Ethics : Authors are requested to follow the strict ethics of writing scholarly papers and to be aware of plagiarism.

Derogatory Marks : Research Paper must not be against the Nation, Religion, Cast & Creed and Individual also. There must not be any derogatory marks.

Mode of sending: The research paper must be E- mailed to e.skcgcollege@gmail.com and a passport size photograph in JPEG format must be attached along with the Research Paper.

Declaration : The author should give a declaration that the research paper has not been published elsewhere. The printer, publisher and the editorial board are not responsible for the authenticity of the research paper.

Role of Editors:

The role of the editors is to evaluate the suitability of submitted manuscripts for the journal, including: (a) the quality of the manuscript, (b) whether it meets the Aims and Scope of the journal, and (c) the originality of the work. The editors will not disclose information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers or potential reviewers, or other members of the editorial board. Editors will ensure the prompt handling of the review process. Editors will evaluate the merit of manuscripts for intellectual content without regard to race, gender, country of origin, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation.

Peer Review System:

The journal employs the double-blind peer review process, where both reviewers and authors remain unidentified throughout the review process. Every proposal submitted for publication is read at least by an editor, for an initial review. If the paper agrees with editorial policies and with a minimum quality level, is sent to two reviewers. The reviewers won't know the author's identity, as any identifying information will be stripped from the document before review. Reviewers' comments to the editors are confidential and before passing on to the author will made anonymous. Based on the reviewers' comments, the Editorial Board makes a final decision on the acceptability of the manuscript, and communicates to the authors the decision, along with referees' reports. Whether significant revisions are proposed, acceptance is dependent on whether the author can deal with those satisfactorily. The Reviewer will evaluate the manuscript according to the ideal norms laid down for "JSKCGC", fill in the following pro-forma and email to the Editor in Chief.

Plagiarism policy:

The Journal do check plagiarism of submitted paper through open source softwares. To complain, please feel free to contact us. The journal will debar the guilty authors from submitting their manuscripts for the next issues. In cases of proven scientific misconduct, plagiarism, or fraudulent publication, the publisher, in collaboration with the editorial board, will take appropriate action to clarify the situation, publish an erratum, or retract the work in question.
